It´s that time of the year again to start thinking about the Festive Season. This year though, Bravura Chefs is offering to take the burden of cooking away.

All you need to do is select one of our starters and the bird you would like. The bird will be served with the traditional garnishes.

Your Christmas Lunch will be delivered to your door on Christmas Eve with Heating Instructions so its easy for you to finish off.

One of the problems with turkey and goose is that it dries out very quickly and many find it difficult to cook and carve. To make it easy for you we will prepare your chosen bird boned, the legs stuffed, and rolled. It will be cooked Sous-Vide to ensure both the breast and legs are perfectly cooked so all you have to do is gently heat it! All of the garnishes will also be prepared for reheating so it really couldn´t be easier!
